Processing Time

Every ADDIXION 38 piece is made to order with intention and care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, prepared, and packaged before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most domestic orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our production facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely, ADDIXION 38 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at [your email address]within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for replacement or reshipment.
